The information contained in this site is not intended as medical treatment or advice for any disease or condition but may be used in conjunction with a professionally monitored health care program. Before beginning any new treatment, herbs or supplements, or any new diet or exercise routine, it is recommended that you consult with your health care professional.

6 Criteria for Assessing Any Herbal or Non-Herbal Medicine

                         1. Mood                   3. Sleep              5. Digestion

                         2. Energy level        4. Appetite          6. Elimination

If all 6 of these areas improve, then the medicine is probably good for you. However, if it causes trouble in any of these 6 areas, then it is not good for you regardless of how it affects the symptoms for which you’re taking the product.
