Kjersti (pronounced “Sharsti”) is very excited to be offering community acupuncture at the Ballard Senior Center! She was born and raised in Ballard by a Norwegian family so it can be said that Ballard is in her bones. She had a private practice, New Life Rhythm, in the Fremont area for 14 years. Outside of her passion for acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Kjersti is very interested in traditional Nordic healing practices. She studied that system extensively.
Kjersti would love to see you for community acupuncture on Thursdays 10:00am to 1:00pm. She welcomes you to drop in to say hello and meet her before you schedule your first appointment if you like.
Outside of clinic, Kjersti enjoys spending time in nature, learning new things, and time with her loved ones – especially her fur baby Lily May, who is a sweet and sassy calico kitty.
